I wish our friends of the spanish speaking persuasion a happy Cinco De mayo. As we know, that is the time every year when we Gringos say "May the Fourth be with you."

I'll be more careful in future. According to a new poll of 2,000 Americans, only 22 percent of respondents knew that Cinco de Mayo is a celebration of the Mexican army’s victory over the French empire.
