This may be unlikely however after disconnecting the router to move it you lost the connection completely you may have to set up the WiFi network as it was previously done by the tech guy including the use of any password that might be required. As I said, I'm no WiFi Guru I'm just brain storming. OK, it isn't much of a storm, it's more like a light drizzle.
