Well men, here's more news about the sinking. A long, black 21-missile Canadian 'research scow' (hint, hint, nudge, nudge, say no more..)somewhere in the Bearing Straits picked up the same Coast Guard satellite feed and a mate of mine who owes me big time saw to it that I captured it on my own brand new CIA/NSC/NASSA endorsed Zoomi-in 3000.
In this pic you can clearly see just what that old sea dog Jolly Roger Too was up to just prior to the unfortunate sinking.

Uh Oh...Sorry, but there seems to be something wrong with the Village Photos server. Keep trying to view the pic it should be back up soon.
And somewhere wet west of Newfoundland......
SNAFU you are supposed to be the captain/navigator, explain to me why we've been rowing for eight hours and we have yet to even pass that puny little seagull, yup the one that was too skinny to eat. Well, we're waiting for an explanation....
What's that, you say the damn bird is sitting on the boat and that's why we don't pass it? Hmmmmmm. You do have a point there. OK, then explain why when Dux fell out of the boat he didn't even have to swim to keep up with us until you woke up, threw that tantrum and made us let him back on board? Prithee tell us what have you to say now, mister smarty "I know how to use a sextant and you lot don't" captain/navigator?
We were becalmed, everyone was supposed to be resting therefore no one was actually rowing the boat when Dux fell (or was pushed) out..... Is that your story? Well alright then if you insist, yes, that might explain the lack of speed.
OK then, how come when we made that sea anchor from C51's red bloomers and trolled it behind us we didn't slow down one whit during the nasty storm last night like you solemnly promised? You mean to sit there and say we should have tied it to the boat with Dux's belt BEFORE we threw it out? I guess that reasonably explains why C51 never saw his underwear again. Well lads what do you say? It looks like the Cap'n' is doing a great job after all.
Now then who do we trash next? C51 stop pointing at Dux. That is rude. There must be something good we can say for our less than industrious ship's cook, Old Dux. Dux as I say after each meal you serve, I'm sorry to bring this up. We are tired of the slop you've been serving up. It smells like rotten fish and worst of all, the best bits even taste like raw, rotten fish. What's that you interjected C51? Alright then let's vote. All in favor of keel-hauling the blasted cook say aye..... What is that he's whimpering? He says it WAS bleedin'', stinkin'' raw fish? Er...well how about adding some seasonings? Right you are C51, thanks for reminding me of Monday night's culinary fiasco..... not urine or gull dung this time. What wouldn't I do for a juicy ripe apple right now? Speaking of ripe, ok boys, grab Dux again, the old boy is getting a bit ripe himself. Should we give him the last bar of home-made lye soap and keel-haul him anyway......?
