I have driven through your beautiful part of the country a few times but haven' t had the pleasure of staying in Ashville. That's their second home; made much more convenient now in that they can travel in their speedy little bird. The remote batteries are good, I had noticed the problem recently from the wall-mounted switch. But I did grease the rail screw and rollers with the appropriate spray. Of course, it won't be forgotten that Murphy's Law will still apply...again.
