The recent spate of gales produced waves which shifted enough sand to fill in the old harbour access channel as I had confidently predicted it would. Lots of people around today due to half term hols for the kids.
Big Bang fest due this weekend here in the harbour car park which I can conveniently watch from the front of several pubs in the immediate area. You can bet I will be moving around while looking out for the best viewing point...
