Thank you for your good wishes, I will pass them on. I do not know how long you and your wife have been married to each other. I suspect that it seems much, much longer to your wife than it does to you.

On the occasions when she has been asked to do the math, my dear wife usually scrunches up her pretty face, holds her tongue to one side of her lips, looks upward for guidance, and counts off the years on her well manicured fingers. Then she states with a glint in her eye and the conviction known only to the much aggrieved in her voice, that she's had about seven good years of happy marriage. Trouble is, we've been married 31 years!
