Since the demise of Guy Flashman, another star rose meteor-like into the firmament and claimed 15 of the enemy in no time at all. Flight Sergeant Egbert Wilkins had a rare talent which would have served him better if he had looked behind him on that last patrol. Attacking enemy airfields usually ends in high losses for both sides and Egbert was the only one of five to make it back to friendly territory. Two Albs had followed him and at the last minute he decided to do battle in order to avenge his comrades although he had already done enough. He crippled one and closed in for the coup de grace, held his line just two seconds too long and got hammered from behind. He and his victim crashed in flames.
