Mind you...can't say I blame you. One wobbly launch and all those hours work go west. I'd like to get round to building something big-scale like a D.H. Moth, about six foot span but it would almost certainly be a static model unless I could rely completely on some competent flyer to conduct a 'prooving' flight.
That Bf 109 looks like the early D type.
I once had a model plan from some magazine... a 36" span Cessna Bird Dog, well drawn with neat lettering instructions...carried it around for many years but I'm sure it got disposed of...wish I had kept it. I'll have a final look-round.
