Contracts have little value nowadays as we've seen, unless there's mutual love between team and drivers.
I don't who who has biggest pressure tbh, long term contract or not. Any pilot has to deliver. I hope that, for once, hierarchy separates team mates during races (and not every time in the same order), so we can have distant team mate battles fighting other cars, instead of too much internal drama. Ofc, occasional drama is needed
