I think you're both right. It seems probable that Red Bull are not full out. There's something still in the bag. Their advantage is enough that they aren't turning it up. And anyway there's a new rule with how much you can alter engine maps and so with all of this I think Red Bull are playing it safe at the mo. And like KK says, many in the paddock suspect the same thing.
We have a spring break, no race until the 30th. And that's Baku, which I rather like despite being another temporary street circuit. The racing there is good. I watched the 2019 race last night. Can't wait!
