The first trainings sessions were almost completely dry but in the 2nd a few drops fell. Things got pretty chaotic as various drivers flew off the track, including Max (eeeeek). Don't think it was rain related. The weekend weather will be pretty unstable but it can go in any direction I think. Interesting practice for those who got to see it but the number of visitors wasn't as high as expected. Prediction for the weather tomorrow is similar but here predictions longer then a few hours don't mean much at this time of year. Max would benefit from rain and is very familiar with the track.
The atmosphere is building up, the entire centre is turned into a gigantic bar laced with food stands. Many roads are temporarily blocked and traffic is redirected. Many foot bridges have been built to prevent traffic accidents. Still pretty quiet right now due to cloud cover, the main parking in front of my house doesn't look particularly crowded either, but yesterday there were about 30 Ferraris parked there, most with Dutch plates.
