The DLC's have totally unrelated storylines so it doesn't matter which one you play first. In Nuka World you do not become a raider. You are an outsider who happens to discover an isolated area with its own rules. No spoilers but I will say that the Nuka World DLC is especially fun if you enjoy crafting. smile
