I preferred Nuka World to Far Harbor, even though the consensus is that the latter is far better in terms of story and overall quality.
Nuka World felt like a rushed product and I wish Bethesda had put more effort into it, even if they'd sought to charge more.
You really should start wrapping up the major quests as you might be over levelled for at least some of them at this point.
As for me, while I doubt I could bring myself to ever play vanilla Fallout 4 again, I hope one of the megamods is released before S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 and the Cyberpunk DLCs.
