Total time played is 590 hours, easily the most time I've ever put into a single game.
I just looked it up on Steam and I have 214 hours in Fallout 4 but I've only played through the main game and all the DLC's once. One day I'll reinstall and do a second playthrough.
As for my top game in Steam by gaming hours that goes to Total War: Attila with 4,099 hours.
