Did you do the Nukashine quest Panzer? After your bender it spawns you in some random place around the map. For me it was in a tree house on the east side of the map, where I had yet to go since that's where the baddies are. But here it worked out great because I could now discover a few fast travel locations there to save the long trek. The only spots I have yet to go are the far northeast corner but that is next. I am looking now for my second camp location, and it makes sense to have one on each side of the divide I reckon. Yours is up there right? Northeast corner?
Oh yes, I did do the nukashine quest as well as every other single quest in the game. I don't quite remember though where I ended up after the hangover. That was a good 3 years ago or so when I did that mission!
If you see a landmark near the Northeast corner of the map called "Pumpkin House" that's where my CAMP is.
