I saw a guy roll 100 Fixers on youtube yesterday.
Only one came out as anti-armor.
He called most of the results "junk". smile Which I am not qualified to comment on.
The only one he really like was a double quad something. I maty have to look again. haha.

A question about getting plans for the rifles. Where do get/earn then?
I completed the quest of tracking Wolf yesterday and recieved a Fixer. But no plan that I expected from the quest.

I also got the plan for the Excavator armor. I need more stuff to craft a complete one.
