Scorched Earth is great for XP and I leveled up twice. Now at 88. I plan to farm this event for a bit. It's worth the expenditure in aids and ammo.
Oh indeed it is great. You also looted the Scorchbeast Queen's dead body right? That gives you a ton of stuff.
