Turns out I already had 156 treasury notes, so I'll be half-way there already once I can turn them all in. Like finding a twenty in a pair of pants you haven't worn in months.
Right. You can accumulate treasury notes but you can't redeem them until you finish the main storyline. There's also a limit of 400 gold that you can redeem per day from the machines so that means 40 treasury notes per day.
