Scrapper's one I've wanted for ages, but it always loses out in the opportunity cost stakes. Screws are precious if you're modding weapons at all. The INT bobblehead took me to 5, so I can get Scrapper. It will come eventually, depending on how high I climb in level. For now I've hit level 48

Level 47 -- Local Leader. As mentioned, I'm mostly ignoring settlements, and I think I actually lost one -- Tenpines Bluff -- due to my indifference. But without fast travel, establishing supply lines will be a nice QoL improvement for crafting. Another point in to LL and I can build shops and crafting stations.

Level 48 -- Action Boy 2. Faster AP recovery isn't crucial, but does help in tight situations, and I can sprint more if needed.

A question about supply lines... If I connect A to B with one provisioner, and then connect B to C with another, are A and C now connected as well? Provisioners are unable to be killed correct? But they can be kidnapped?

I put ballistic weave 5 on my goofy hat, and now about 290/320 in armor rating. 220/220 comes from the fatigues and hat, which weigh just 4 between them. Ballistic weave is awesome, and probably a little OP. Survival mode would be much harder without it.
