Ah ha! Zesti Highway should be fixed for the points and next mission triggers.
The problem was a Mission Start event that set the two accumulation flags On - which gave them both a 1 value. The points were supposed to be 10, 20, 13, .., but were instead 11, 21, 31, ..
Using a one for the increment value would not have resulted in the problem.
