Hollo Pointe on Win8.1 was running fine this morning, but the DCS server had a Can't Connect To Master message.

Ping Plotter continues to show a Qwest node with ~10% packet loss (my ISP is Century Link -- the old Qwest). Tomorrow I have a day off work so I'll call Century Link and complain.
Is there a way I can force a new path from my house to Hollo Pointe? Change a DNS setting or something?
The actual distance between the computers is about 12 miles, but the route goes through Louisiana.
