Quick question to all here .... How many of you have had trouble with the Trackclip Pro being shall we say "fragile", point in question I picked up my headset this morning and caught the LED armature with my wrist and the whole thing popped off at the rubber "O" ring, and is now being held together with tape, I have read on the natural point forum that they have admitted that the unit is poorly designed and will replace if it breaks (if not to old) now after contacting them I am waiting for a reply and wondering how and if they would ship a replacement to the UK...
