The other day we were flying in iShot and you said you could not refuel at FARP London. That FARP has support vehicles, including what is needed to refuel -- BUT, that support group is Late Activated.
When you could not refuel, did you happen to notice of the support group was there? It includes three trucks, a fuel tanker, four watchtowers and a Vulcan. If the group had not spawned then that would account for not being able to refuel.
(Unfortunately, I can't Late Activate the FARP so it is always showing. Hmm, maybe there's a scripting way to Late Activate a Static Object...)
