And yet, CloD has far more online-users than BoS, and as BoS has no SP content worth speaking of, CloD will be more used offline also. Not bad for a failed release and no dev-support, i'd say.
The SP stuff with CoDs original release was crap. The best stuff only came later with third parties like Desastersoft.
I actually like CoD + Desastersoft. It's very good that way.
Ok only one more dig at it an I'll stop ;-) Maddox spent $ putting clickable cockpits in all those planes and in SP there actually aren't any missions at all where you can cold start the planes! Jeesh... You don't even get to cold start in hardcore Desastersoft. There's no way in SP unless you made a custom mission in the ME.
I only recently discovered there were people in CoD cause you have to turn them on in a config file. So all my airbases had empty vehicles.
CoD is just full of stuff that makes you go hmmmm
