There's reviews of RoF that talk about its "poor" SP content. Now it's one of the best.
Mmm, not sure I would dub the ROF campaign one of the best. The Career mode ain't half bad though , and I certainly enjoyed it while I flew it. But it certainly has some weaknesses. But it was forever considered a " Beta Career", which would lead one to believe - well it is still just beta, they are still working on improving it. That did not happen though.
Imho, 1CGS really missed the boat for the long term SP folks, by not expanding on what they already had for ROF. But based on some of Loft's comments, I don't think the harder core longer term SP guys are what he was looking for.
