Those are Asus VE276Q screens, 27 inches big, touchscreen is an Acer T231. The drop was a big issue at first, but I adjusted the center screen fairly low on its mounts and then compensated for the drop by adjusting the outer screens to a much higher position with the adjust screws on the back of the mounts.
Key to getting is right is really having the screws set the right way on each joint of the arms. Tightening the screws assymmetrically will result in making the arms drop much more than they do when mounted right. Chris makes this abundantly clear in his assembly videos.
