Yesterday I had a bit of extra fun. During formation return to a field, lead during landing blown a tire. So we couldn't land since runway got shutdown for almost a hour since tire exploded and left bunch of debris. So we circled around for a bit, figured our bingo fuel and waited to see if runway can be reopened. But that didn't happen so we had to divert. While flying circle around pattern, bunch of navy jets were waiting at hold short. After few circles, we saw them taxi back to FBO. Those little jets don't have much fuel so bingo for them pretty much during lift off
