You can see in that character screen I have 56 poise. That was the target. I had read a convincing thread on reddit about this.

I only just got the armor set I needed to make this happen, the Scaled armor from fighting Old Knight Istvan as part of the assassination questline at the Manor. The full set gives 71 poise but is very heavy, so I mixed and matched. Not sure the name of the hood. I think I have the Scaled gauntlets and Land of Reeds boots. But anyway, it hits 56 poise. And that's a nice bump from the under-40 sets I had been wearing until now.

And I had taken a much more visually impressive glamour shot of my character, but it was over one MB and I was running late for work and didn't bother resizing it so picked another one I had on hand.
