I am sorry that one of the team is having personal issues , really I am (I hope he/she gets better soon)

I just thought that, if people want to play a study sim a manual is pretty important

If the person who normally does this is unable to, then get a temp in , or out source the task

Speaking for myself , having criticism for how something is done != hate
