Routines are good especially in the heat of a fight, allowing you to think on the current situation instead of wasting time fungering around, or forgetting to order someone to do some needed task. I think part of my trouble in the torpedo scenario was my own impatience, momentarily forgetting that orders take time to be implemented, like course changes, depth changes etc. (unlike SH, where for the most part, orders were instantaneous). I'd not thought of the gyro settings and so on being set prior to flooding the tubes, (hurr durr, lol) and how that would affect the shots, especially in the deterioration of a solution as the enemy draws nearer or we close in. Thanks for that! Good reminder. I'm hoping to re-run the torpedo scenario this evening just so I can get the 'rewards' (if any- I think it's some purchasing power...coin...)
