I have to say that while the game is reasonably fun, I doubt I could tolerate another playthrough with a different lifepath before major fixes and DLC content are on the table.
i would wait more than patches, from what i hear, it doesnt really affect the playthrough other than extra dialogues, late game really gates your responses.
