The "faithful" over on the official forums are pissing themselves like over excited dogs, take my money now etc etc lol
The "Take my money" can be fun at times but for a sim with that name and that will not even have Moscow on the map it slips into the awkward zone.
I wonder if these folks ever pause for a moment (those who have been around since the original IL-2 and have at least enjoyed it) and ask themselves why they should be so excited about paying more for less and that by doing so they are encouraging a trend that overtime will only result in them paying more and more for less and less. Software markets through global distribution and no cost of reproduction, normally function by adding features that more than make up for any price increases; not taking them away.
Truly some people have more money than sense...until they finally hit the point on the marginal utility curve (economics) where what little sense they have now counts for more than the ever increasing price for a lower featured product.
