homepage Forums Air Combat & Civil Aviation DCS World Poking Tom about P-51 skins for 2.5.4 and beyond :).

Hi Tom.

Just a quick reminder - with "refreshed" P-51D having been just released last thursday, at first glance seems like apart from relocation of antennas, the rest of the texture mapping on external model is the same. The old custom skins for block -30 seem to be displaying correctly on the new -25, obviously apart from three tiny black holes where the radio set and Uncle Dog antennas of the previous model used to be. All and all, not much to tweak I guess., though having both variants available in the game side by side now, one would have to publish two slightly different skins in each pack.

So... If you intend to go back to updating DCS Mustangs skins some day, please go ahead .

Cheers.

I have to see it first, I'll re-install DCS.

could someone get in touch with the developer to ask if the template is going to remain the same ?
