Disclaimer first.
This isn't a moan or anything, just curious. Obviously Oleg and co couldn't possibly put every single landmark in the game.

If you think of any local landmarks that are missing list them here. Need to be a decent size and around during the 1940's
Maybe we can find similar objects in the FMB and create a more accurate default map for people to download that they can add their missions too.

Not 100% sure of mine but I've not seen them yet...

30' Sound mirror Would make a good target for the Germans

Martello Towers Loads of these along the coast

Southern coastal piers.
Beachy Head lighthouse.
Pevensey Castle.

I would have fancied flattening White Hart Lane, Highbury, Stamford Bridge, The Den and the Boleyn Ground if they had put them in the London map.

Sorry, I've not got my copy yet so I am on an opposite tack. But I am also curious about landmarks. I am intrigued about what IS in the game, particularly about Kent. I was glad to see a screen including Dover castle yesterday. Perhaps someone has seen Canterbury Cathedral?

I doubt you'll be flattening anything, so far I've sunk the houses of parliament and Sascha has sunk Buck Palace. As in they sink into the ground like ships and vanish after being hit by bombs.

My house!

Mine too! Though the local lake is there for me to bomb the boaters on

From what I remember the bombing of Buckingham Palace was an act by a rogue pilot who flew right up the Mall before dropping his 'eggs' on the chapel.
Luckily for the pilot he was shot down as apparently Hitler was incensed that his proposed headquarters had been attacked.

Is the Cerne Abbas giant there?
So my kids can snigger...'mummy! daddy has a man with a big willy on his computer!' as they did with Rowan's BoB.
Ok they are in their late teens/twenties now but still enjoy a good knob gag.
