So why didn't she go? Why did she need a government order to do what she was,already prepared to do and knew she should do?
Adults need to take personal responsibility and stop looking to government agencies as "mommy and daddy" telling them like little children how to live their lives.
I agree with you, F4UDash4. One week of time before Ian landed and peeps wait until last minute to go to store causing chaos and hours long lines.
Also if you live in Florida with yearly hurricane season: water, batteries, flashlight, canned food should always be in the house. Same for wooden boards. You use it to cover the windows in one of the other year, you don't throw them away. Put them somewhere for future needs.
