Considerably less impressed with the patch this evening...
Constant problems with resolution. Requiring constant restarts and visits to video options page to get going. Had to settle for a ridiculously low resolution but even this is not in the least stable.
FFB persistently dropping out and losing centering force during mission - joystick becomes like controlling a big bag of wet fish - no fun to fly or fight in.
Regular dropping out of my rudder controls - needs a visit to the controllers/axis page and a quick jiggle to restart.
And any visit to control or video options kills off any centering force I have left in my stick (although they can still disappear all by themselves.
Still finding it damn impossible to climb the hurri without destroying the engine. Mixture is still backward.
All a bit frustrating. The potential gets you sucked in and all excited, then the reality grinds you down. Hope they can sort a heap of stuff for the non-beta patch.
