How about a dead man's switch. Press it every 10 minutes or the engines will stop an alarm will sound. And maybe even the cockpit door will become unlockable for flight attendants who have the correct code.

This kinda thing is pretty inexcusable.
I wonder if this kind of thing happened so frequently when crews were 3+ people?

In the control room for a CCTV monitoring station I put a PIR detector in that would sound an alarm if there was no movement in the room after 2 minutes. The operators cursed me sideways  That was in 1992 I wonder if the operators learned to swing while sleeping...

difficult to put a gauge on it since its subjective, but any idea of the Most Attractive Airlines Stewardess uniform? There are some good ones!  I was waiting on a flight from Luton to Aberdeen then on to Wick, I had taken ill on my way down to London and the company was flying me home. So, sitting there waiting for my flight feeling miserable and this young blond starts taking her clothes off in the middle of the waiting area, sick as I was it did catch my attention... she got down to a skimpy orange bikini. Me thinking WTF, started looking around and then I spotted the TV cameras filming her, it was an advert for Easyjet

They are the new pilots waiting and building up hours to qualify as right seaters. The older and more experienced pilots told them they had to dress that way until they had 1,500 hours.

AMEN! By doing that, you should be able to put a whole row of Economy seats in the cockpit and add a few extra copilots
