A pair of Spits and a pair of Hurricanes are to fly over the Churchill War Rooms in Whitehall today as part of the 70th Anniversary events being held throughout the UK.

They're starting at Hawkinge and flying to Whitehall for 16:05 then heading to Hendon.

I'll be dragging me arse out of the office for that, me thinks

I saw a single Spitfire and Hurricane fly over me in Kent this afternoon, as part of the their visit to all the Battke of Britain airfields. An impressive sight and sound!
