What sort of speed are you getting. I"m getting horrendous speeds. I cant access the ftp site. It keeps asking for a suer name and pw. The HTTP download keeps dropping and it tells me the 1.9gb file will take 13 hours.
Is there anywhere else I can down load this from?

Try the torrent option. I'm just getting 45.kb download speed, but I think it has to do more with my (lack of)settings than anything else. As the number of people seeding increases, so will the download speed. At least it's not prone to drop while in mid-transfer.

I was able to start the Setup1.bin file with 1.6 gig and I'm at 781 mb so far but the other 2 ask for id and pw but give me message that it's wrong??????
I am downloading Torrent now also since other seems porked!

I see they STILL haven't fixed their credit card payment method... same problems I had with Flaming Cliffs and Blackshark... American credit cards don't have ranges, we simply have expiration dates. And I know it says leave blank, but then I get a improper range error.
A little hot, was hoping to buy and start the download before my shift, than have it ready for install when I got off in the morning.
Time to get with the 2000's ED... Pay Pal!
Well, maybe I might get it one day then.

FYI, make sure the State is upper case, ie NC.

I had a problem w/the credit card method,it was on the state code I had to capitalize the AZ,and it worked,after 4 browser tries...

My recommendation for now would be to go with the torrent. I think that while there is a good number of people downloading and seeding, it will be the fastest and most reliable option. I made a test purchase with my Visa and it worked flawlessly. ED will not be using Paypal based on terrible previous experience.

Part 2 is going even slower- I'm at 20K/ sec. And I still can't get the FTP to work- it's asking for a username and password. A little help?
EDIT: Never mind, it downloaded and is installing now! I haven't been this excited in a long time!

I installed uTorrent, like someone suggested above, and getting download rates of over 500kb/sec.

uTorrent is downloading at up to 700 kb/s for me, whole download in under an hour. This is the way to go for sure. I'll keep seeding for a good while, looks like over 80 to 90 people are seeding at the moment.

I finally completed the long downloads and went to install by clicking on the setup file and I get the following;
Runtime Error (at18:66):
The Source File is Corrupted
I deleted and downloaded it several times and got the same error. Any suggestions?
