There are very good reasons for not coming up with screenies, so I can live with that, but would love to see some of course.
For instance, it really wouldn't be a good idea for Oleg to produce boB screenies, while he is still selling il-2FB add-ons...

Is that what I "implied", or is that what you stated? Perhaps you were just kidding then? Let's chalk it up to that - no reason to drag your mother into it. Barkhorn.

Is that what I "implied"You said this very day and I quote Let's all waite a few more months (8 more updates or so) before we all start piling on about vaporware No let's not wait a few months to ask for an early screenshot that would be rather unwarranted what with this being a flight-sim forum and everything and the developer communicating with us right here. Makes for large sales does communication person-to-developer-person. Gives one confidence, the buzz ratchets up another notch. We've all got bills to pay. We're all dying to see a screenshot I'm just the brave one sticking his head above the parapet. My mother taught me. Don't ask, don't get And I'd said nothing about anyware and I quote ...we are quite entitled to ask questions of our friendly WW1 developer The vaporware word you chose to use and you appear to believe that my conversation with VikS is in some way your business just because you read it here That keyboard thing again it's a magnet isn't it whispering "Go on say something horrible you like that don't you. Tell them to shut up about it and talk about something else you're getting a headache, that'll go down well..." pure The Shining isn't it I on the other hand make polite conversation like my mother taught me. At the aforementioned Mothers Meetings Ming

To sum up:
So we can also gather from subsequent posts that the Fokkers from GT won't work with the Fokkers from d-Strict; not that they're not nice, it's just that the Fokkers won't work together very well. Common in company mergers.
They'll show us their Fokkers but nary a hole in the ground; apparently it's not where the Fokkers wind up that's too unusual, but the Fokkers themselves they're proud of.
Also, Ming says to leave his mother out of any discussion about Fokkers.
The opinions of this poster are largely based on facts and portray a possible version of the actual events. More dumb stuff at http://www.darts-page.comFrom Laser: "The forum is the place where combat (real time) flight simulator fans come to play turn based strategy combat."

lol she was not A broomstick possibly we all secretly mused she was quite a lady Oi no broomstick FM jokes. Angel's wings are ok though they aren't fixed-wing so room for debate And didn't a Looking Glass offspring have a WW1 sim bubbling under and then er, going down to the mud in a flood of flight-sim fan tears? This one is created under licence from Oleg I think, so if the teams can get over the Clash Of The Titles and work together happily and we all cross our fingers maybe we can suck the ball into the net. Will be good after England's success in Germany. No not that success you've got WW2 on the brain. The other one on the pitch in a couple of weeks. We'll take the Fokkers down with us under a Brazilian arty barrage Ming

Hi there, I just want to say something. Just don't knowh what.
I'm for terrain shots. But I just don't like to get dirty. Maybe I ate too much dirt when I was a kid.
I play one game until now, and that is IL2. Ok, I'm a late comer... fell in love with IL at 35, never played a sim bevor (except on a Commodore 64) I tried STP1, WOV but nothing. Now I'm just anccious for the WWI sim. Can't wait and so on....

Much better....now we're all back to being the dirty Fokkers we are, with pie in the face, and our mothers elevated back where they belong (broomsticks or not).
Now we wait, and continue to speculate....cogito, ergo zoom....

I wonder what engine they'll be using now? The Sikorsky 3D engine should be open where as the Il-2 one would not be...One may lead to easy cheats and that kills online fun quick.

This weeks update posted. http://www.gennadich.com/ We have the Pfalz DIIIa and an RFC staff car and a 7.7cm German AA gun mounted on a truck. All are excellent - as is the usual case. Barkhorn.

So any clue as to when this thing will be done. When it's done isn't good enough. There should be some rough deadline . End of this year . First of next .
