A few Harrier variants would be really good. The Harrier has the advantage that it's an easilly recognisable aircraft to the average punter in the US and the UK.
I'd love to see a flyable Tornado in LOMAC but it would be a lot of work and I cant really see it selling outside Britain.
LOMAC is on its own in the market at the moment as a modern flightsim. It's still on the shelves of games store in the UK when nay sayers said it would be in the bargain bin a month after release. I really hope there's an add on, even if Eagle have to break from UBI to do it.
