I dont think you understand what an analogy actually is, so maybe you are interpreting this all wrong which is usually the case with you.

I don't know, but not many. I guess most people kinda get what would come out of violating the EULA.
The one i remember got banned for not adhering to forum rules. Are you going to argue that he should have been allowed to stay because he contributed mods to the community? But wouldn't *that* have been hipocritical?

ED just allowed him to do so verbally. <--key point here. 4. You aren't in good company. I suspect you dont have many friends and dont have much company at all.
