I predict they'll wait until episode 4-ish with the big Jon "Snow" reveal.
Also, I'm curious how they proceed with the Sam Tarly storyline. The way it's presented in the books, I assumed his journey to become a Maester was more important than to be a mere detraction, especially the mysterious person he runs into along the way (Dance with Dragons).
