On saturday I also came to the conclusion it would be time for an upgrade.
I have a similar setup to yours, so I'll give my 0.02�.
I'll make an assumption: You're buying the K model because you want to overclock?
If so, I would recommend EKL Alpenf�hn Matterhorn as processor cooler, as it's giving you better cooling performance for a reasonable price tag.
If not, get the cheaper 2500 model.
MoBo and PSU have a good price/preformance rating.
And atm there's no need to change the graphics card.
So all in all a nice build.
Oh and by the way, it's Antec ;-)
