In order to view any Youtube video, you are required to install Adobe Flash Player. Here is an excerpt from the End User License Agreement:

So, let me get this straight. I am a Bear of Very Little Brain, but this looks to me Adobe is forcibly taking information ... something to do with advertising ... and selling it to shady companies that Adobe doesn't even know very well? And holding all of the Youtube videos hostage if one doesn't accept this?
