It's difficult to comment on such a confusing post, which doesn't make a clear sense whatsoever
. I'll try anyway. If updater says it finished repair, then it finished restoring standard game files to stock version, nothing more, nothing less. Mind you, repair command does not remove any extra files located in the main game folder (that's what cleanup command is for), nor does it make any changes in Saved Games/DCS folder on system drive.
So If you tried repair because something somewhere got fudged and i still doesn't help, running a cleanup and temporary removal of Saved Games/DCS are the next steps in troubleshooting process.
