I can't believe that's the same girl from The Town.

She looked so boring (and older) in The Town.

She looks so hot (and younger and fresh) in The Gift with that short haircut.

No, I haven't any of other films (she had top billing/credit in) like Trascendence and The Awakening and Vicky Cristina Barcelona.

I've seen The Prestige and Iron Man 3 and Frost/Nixon I don't recall her part in those films.

Saw this last night, really bad. 1/5 If I had anything else to do I would have shut it off.

Geez, how many times has that premise been used in movies? lol

I know right, I think I saw it as a "recommended" from something else I rented through Netflix... Pierce has seen his better days in movies. Milla was never known for her acting...

I gave it a 2 out of 10 stars IMDB rating.

His career has definitely declined since he was booted from the Bond franchise.

Marathoning much of the second season with my wife. I actually prefer the bizarre run-on nature of the show to their later movies, even if the movies are much more quotable.

4/5. No Hollywood action,just a solid script and great performances from the cast.

He was booted for being an ingrate, publicly bad mouthing his bosses, being greedy, and biting the Broccoli hand that fed him and made him an international superstar.

Of course to this day if anyone were to ask him about it, he will still insist he quit the role.

Would you quit a job that pays your millions of dollars if you are still healthy enough to do it?

I wouldn't.

Look at Roger Moore, he was smart enough to stay with the role until he was too old to play the role.

Moore was actually offered to do an 8th Bond film in 1986 and by that time, he himself admitted that he was too old and it was time for him to retire graciously.

I watched all three seasons a couple of years ago and while I enjoy the show tremendously I think the third season did suffer a considerable drop in quality. John Cleese was already gone from the show so that was probably the main factor.

Apparently there are a lot of conflicting stories about this. I read recently that the producers of the Bond franchise simply wanted to take the films in a different direction and thus decided to drop Brosnan.

Not just a change in quality but a big change in tone too. Shades of Meaning of Life.

American Horror Story. Really liked season 1, season 2 is a little draggy and over the top but still entertaining.

Dante's Peak 1997 Starring Pierce Brosnan and Linda Hamilton.

This film is not worth watching. It's not outright bad but very much sub par.

An excellent Western,RT gave it 92%.

It's one of those films that had a big budget but still had a campy B movie feel to it.

Still better than Volcano

Twilight Zone marathon on Sci-Fi channel. 55 years old and it's still better than much of what's on TV these days.

Sicario (2015) (Emily Blunt, Benicio Del Toro, Josh Brolin)

The most suspenseful and knuckle biting, edge of your seat drama of last year. Love the cinematography. The director decided to drop most of the exposition and respect the audience intelligence.

The only thing I can nitpick is how predictable the main plot was. You knew where things were going, but it was really tense and exciting getting there.

I caught one of the episodes of the marathon and I immediately recognized Carol Burnett. I had no idea she was in a Twilight Zone episode.
