Must be Panama Red.  --- raven is back in town, and he loves to fly The Highway so we dialed that up tonight and flew prolly four tries each and never got close to the coast. I've been complaining about getting so badly shot up in it -- I think there must have been a change to the AI gunners effectiveness  So some modifications were made to The Highway that should make it easier to fly all the way down to feet wet. I took out all AAA from the Red vehicle columns and made just one vehicle in each group an armor unit -- and those are all MTLBs, BRDMs or BOMANs now. The Highway is spossed to be F-U-N! And there is plenty of fighting at Novo. The new version 6 is running... WC

Continued to improve The Highway.
Too many Red jets were spawning when Blue F-15Cs are in the mission. The new logic limits those Red adversaries.

The Highway improvements are complete.
The Red supply helicopters coming into Novo now must land and unload cargo for ~4 minutes before the base reinforcements are activated. Blue has this time to destroy the helicopter and prevent the supplies from being unloaded.
Red convoys along The Highway were moved beyond the major bridges to lessen the chance of them stacking up (sorry raven!).
One Blue ground unit in each column out of Gelen is now Excellent. I look forward to see if this will affect the outcome of the armor battles along the road between Gelen and Novo.

Well, when I went to my ISP/Cable Company to change the name on the account, I shuffled around some stuff, and worked with rep, Upgraded to their ultimate Internet package (highest tier they offer), So I'm now on 150Mbit/100Mbit and got a free $400 Modem  Also dropped my overall Bill $70 from 250 to 180 (While Keeping all the services I had and upgrading Internet, Security, and Phone). With some of the new features I can save another $40 by turning off extra stuff I have with other companies. (Vonage, ADT, etc). So I guess I'll be looking at setting up a Dedi. Server of Some Kind Soon. Speed Test Shows 187Mb/sec Down and 96mb/sec Up during peek hours (6PMish), and 202Mb/sec Down during off hours (2AM)

I finally got off my DSL a few months back. A neighbor agreed to let us bounce a signal off his rooftop to my place and to a few other homes. Now my place is at 10/10. The Hollo Pointe server is located elsewhere on a Comcast 40 MBs service.
When I called to cancel the DSL the company talked me into suspending my Internet account with them because, they said, they are going to bring fiber into my neighborhood in Jan-Feb. I can only hope...

Yeah, I'm still running around changing accounts out of my father's name or outright closing them.
The issue with my Cable company is changes that I just made had to have my father's signature, and since he never left the house it was practically impossible, I also re-wired COAX so there's only 1 local splitter (instead of 3), re-wired to Cat6 Network Lines to the 2 gaming PCs and Xbox and removed all extra routers and modems.
the $400 modem is a DOCSIS3.0, 4 Port GBit Lan + WiFi+ Dual TEL Lines. Everything in One box, which is actually bigger than my Xbox 360s,
Before it was Modem + Wired Router + Wifi Router as Access Point + Vonage Box + ADT Alarm Box. Over 100Base Networking Equipment and Cat5 Lines.
Cable Alarm Box Operates over the 2nd TEL Line of the Modem.

I don't know which was nicer, seeing Su-27s being put to some good use:  Or watching Mol light it up in that oh so beautiful MiG-21bis:  I don't know why my new DCS World install didn't think I owned MiG-21. I re-downloaded the module and installed it, and it works just fine now. Didn't even ask for my serial number again. <shrug> I should be good for next time!

Hollo Pointe missions with Su-27s are Southern Storm and Storm Mountain,,, also the Air Bridge mission for F-15Cs and Russian jets.

Messing around with helicopters... Red had to commandeer a civilian Mi-8T for a special delivery --  Made the drop off and the civvie Hip is heading home --  Thanks to Toxocara over at DCS Forums for this post and mission that shows how helicopters can Embark and Disembark troops. WC
