This is a 3D model of S-300 launch panel, not the photo!!! Is it real 3D made ? .......... in fact, . .were is the "labels" ?? This panel is also a Great Work of montieris! Well done montieris ! Then the "Far secret far project" you are working on it, is that .. ! God bless you !I don't know if you have enough time for this, but I would ask you ! you know, S-300 systems are the TOP of the TOP in Russian electronic technologies, just looking on panels, makes any one like this face ! . Can you give us a short description of the panels in this systems, if you have of course !, (not so deeper, just shortly, may be just their functions, or their names ), and of course, if we are really lucky, you can show us more preview of beautiful montieris's Great work ! . montieris's keep on going . , you are really . Only if you promise not to post more off topic pictures...

Does ATBM stands for Anti-Tactical ballistic missile? And if so, is this gauge for reading height of the target?

It really is strange to put an instrument like that to count missiles. But I guess the designers of the system knew what they were doing...

1, Indicator, and operator panel of the 76N6 (Clam Shell) low altitude continuous wave target acquisition radar. 2, Indicator, and operator panel of the 30N6E RPN (Flap Lid B) target illuminator and missile guidance radar. Yes, that small TV screen is displaying what your Fire Control Radar see; target speed/range/azimuth. 3, 6 firing channel management panel. The Big TV is similar to the Vega launch indicator ("A" screen) just it has 6 lines. 4, Matrix for the 6 target and several missile channels. 5, Panel managing the 12 TEL vehicle, and its 48 missiles... 6, Indicator of the 36D6 Tin Shield medium to high altitude 3D target acquisition radar.

(miss distance: 17m) Total, SNR On Air Time: 3min 16sec Note, that the target is not tracket on distance at the moment of impacts, and the guidance method is K and UPRI've tracked on beta, epsilon and distance 'till launching of the first missile, than switched off the distance tracking... Radiofuse activation mode - "11 seconds". It looks like system "memorized" target speed and path, and adjust missiles to the target, even when not tracked on distance... It coudn't be because it is trackin on last known delta, right? Because I switched off tracking, not ANTENA..? I've tried in Ustka also, and hit an AA missile from MiG-21... Edit: Check this one too: Asuluk training ground.

(in other words, are they attacking side lobes of the transmiter)

I haven't expect more deeper panel's description, for me it's really enough ! I don't know how we can thank's you man ! may be simply by saying ; Thank you for all your effort and the time you spend for us ! I guess others panels still under construction and not ready yet ? Or that's all you need, to make a system simulation ?

While there are no plans.
I asked a long time.
The plans are just ...
Future plans More Historical Scenarios - Linebacker-II, Operation Prairie Fire, Operation El-Dorado Canyon, Operation Allied Force 3D AFTER ACTION REPORT - Add the possibility of exporting a situation into Google Earth

What officially happened to the Shilka? Are you actually planning to make a S-300?

The S-300 while it is impossible, because it has not yet been removed from service in Hungary!
That's when the C-300 will be withdrawn from service, then we will include it in the simulator.
Shilka probably will not, because it Shilka does not air defense system!

C-300 course will be after the withdrawal from service!
If now C-300 and C-400 were retired, they were immediately made, are included in the simulator!
C-300 has not been removed from service!

It looks like system "memorized" target speed and path, and adjust missiles to the target, even when not tracked on distance...That is a bug, and I fixed it when you asked. The fix will be in next release. Why SR-71 shown in AAR like 24.1 or 24.2 km, on plotting board 24.00 km and in 3D AAR - 24.0 km??? I do not understand the question. Did you see HARM, or they hit you from behind?Yes, HARM is visible on SNR and target acquisition radars also.

Question: What systems (if any) are planned? Currently 3DAAR and several scenarios are planned. Several systems are investigated for the far future of the SAM Simulator: MIM-14B Nike Hercules, S-25M Berkut (SA-1), and ZSU-23-4 Shilka could be done realistic to the switch. 2K12 KUB-M3 (SA-6) could be done, after removed from service in Hungary, also realistic to the switch. MIM-104 Patriot, and S-300PS could be done as a game not as a simulation. (based on publicly available information)

C-300 has not been removed from service!
Please do not mix the S-300 system versions!
S-300PT Biryusa (SA-10A) fielded 33 years ago, is already in the museum in Moscow. S-300PS/PMU Volhov-M6 (SA-10B) fielded 29 years ago, and last export happened 19 years ago!
S-300PM/PMU1 Volhov-M6M (SA-20A) is a completely different system from the formers, it was still fielded in 1989 the last year of the cold war.
S-300PMU2 Favorit (SA-20B) is the current export only system. S-400 Triumph (SA-21) is the current state of the art system.
S-500 will be the next SAM in Russia, planned to be fielded.
