Yes this is true in the Documentation is a dynasty Dvina! The documentation is all there is to know. Another thing Translation as an example in Russian language, I found some errors. In English documentation Objectives decreased height of 300 meters it is true, in Russian and 100 meters is a mistake. Detection fighter about 70 km is not always so for more than 70 km. Example F-4 Phantom on the detection of 90 km.

You Hpasp! You said long ago that the Dvina will be more difficult, but it's apparently not quite so difficult as I thought. I think the Dvina easier to manage, but harder to hover! I would say that the Dvina very easy to manage too easy and not many settings. Volkhov much harder Dvina my opinion. Dvina has a wide beam modes only and 110/55 km, which is much easier to Volkhov! Great!

P.S. What is the difference betwen SA-75 and SA-75M (exept the "dog house")? Please check the The Family Tree and timeline of the 75 System development part of the manual. There were 4 versions of the Dvina system. 1, SA-75 Dvina five van (SA-2A) with V-750 1D (Guideline mod.0) and 750V 11D (Guideline mod.1) 2, SA-75M Dvina three van (SA-2B) with V-750V 11D (Guideline mod.1) 3, SA-75MK Dvina three van (SA-2B) with V-750VK 11DK (Guideline mod.1) 4, SA-75M/MK Dvina doghouse (SA-2F) with V-750VM/VMK 11DM/DMK (Guideline mod.1) What is the difference between V-750V 11D and V-750VM/VMK 11DM/DMK missiles, and between SA-75M/MK Dvina doghouse (SA-2F) and say 2, SA-75M Dvina three van (SA-2B) with V-750V 11D (Guideline mod.1) (partuculary in tracking and missile guding...). See the picture I've posted couple post ago, its from "harakteristiki S-75 po A-11" (.djvu). There has been told that SA-75 is useless against "Habu" for altitude > 20km, due to late target acquire and tracking, and limitation of V-750VN above 18 km (only 1 or 2 can be guided (???)) - even when used not with "Dvina" but better - "Desna". There is something that doesn't fit... Maybe SA-2F has some upgrades we didn't know, except the new missile.

The question yet?
Stealth can Dvina intercept, say it is possible at all or not.
I have a chance to intercept or no?
It is possible!

The question of who knows?
In which case I should use DOGON.
Example!
When target is going away from you with speed which is slower than speed of the missile.

Example F-4 Phantom on the detection of 90 km.
70 km is for MiG-21, which is a bit smaller than F-4...

Note that the Vietnamese only made 4 engagements against the SR71 in 1967/1968, and one was terminated without missile launch. Of the 3 remaining engagements, against two separate flights, one missile fused and caused fragmentation damage... depending on whether you count the number of targets engaged, the number of firing systems, or the number of missiles fired, this is between 50%, 33% and 11% hit rate, but a zero kill rate. The only aircraft of this type lost were to operational accidents.
Could you share your information source?

What is the difference between V-750V 11D and V-750VM/VMK 11DM/DMK missiles,Manual from page 27... and between SA-75M/MK Dvina doghouse (SA-2F) and say 2, SA-75M Dvina three van (SA-2B) with V-750V 11D (Guideline mod.1) (partuculary in tracking and missile guding...). ... Maybe SA-2F has some upgrades we didn't know, except the new missile. Lots. At the bottom of this page, you can find several hundred pages technical bulletins, describing these upgrades. http://historykpvo.narod2.ru/(after ASURK-1, look for 36..51, CA-75MK) In nutshell... The first SA-75 Dvina "five van" (SA-2A) was not upgradable, and had lower performance than the "three van" version. This type was removed from service in 1975. The SA-75M Dvina "three van" (SA-2B) was the system fielded from 1960, that were constantly upgraded during its lifetime. 1965, it received the H<1 mode (not simulated) 1969, missile beacon transmit power increased from 20W to 80W (against missile channel jamming) PA-OO cabin the "Doghouse" for target optical tracking (not simulated) RAB po K3, ADA mode, Ground mode, APP-75M This Mid Life Upgrade was huge, and took half year of work for each battery. You can read about it here in detail: http://narod.ru/disk/22604347000/%D0%98%...%201..djvu.htmlThis modification was noticed by the US, and this version received the misleading SA-2F code. 1973, IFF (not simulated) 1975, DOGON

I've just wanted to see did Vietnamesse have "Dvina" wich was capable to "touch" SR-71... I didn't find any information about puncture from SA-75 to SR-71. The closest was a 12000 feet miss... I am starting to thing that this is just a myth.

If the main upgrade (M/MK) is in 1969, I think that Vietnamese, couldn't do anything to SR-71, and this damage is highly uncertain... With just 2 G's over 20 km, in "T/T" mode.... I am very sceptical it happens.

I have no idea - it seems that the extent of damage is very limited, but another site also confirms the finding of a foreign object embedded in the airframe, and gives a data and type (A12 {CIA? Pilot Dennis Sullivan} 30Oct67).

The mentioned date is the fielding in Hungary. I have no info about what the Vietnamese got, and when. (probably we got later than the Vietnamese)

Generally itself Dogon is fine I'm very happy about that. Thank you for such a wonderful Hpasp Simulator! Especially if the Dogon against CP-71, I'd be very happy. Let's add another "Driving," especially against the SR-71

Question? Dvina can intercept target of 100 meters, or 300 meters is the limit, it is difficult?
